That's funny! I would think the hood latch handles would be the least of your worries as you fly over the windscreen:JEKYLHYDE

The last few days I have been working on installing the windscreen and carpet, mirror etc.:)

Thanks Bill:)

We got the carpet trim/sill plates installed, this finishes off the door edges nicely.

I picked up a batch of powder coating, in this batch I have a few sets of old Lucas headlight buckets, these were in pretty rough condition when I got them, with a little persuasion with the hammer I got them back into shape.
Now they will live a new life,:)

Nice! I love to see old parts restored and used again!

I also like to use good old restored part if possible, I fitted the headlight buckets with new hardware, installed the lights and trim rings.
Front end starting to look complete:D.

Tool Review,
I have been putting off for far to many years, to acquire a good hydraulic line(brakes, clutch lines) flaring tool, especially one that can handle stainless steel.
My old flaring tool gets the job done with steel, copper, but no way on the stainless steel tubing::(

The tool I purchased was one of the Mastercool hydraulic tools, I must say, wish I spent the money years ago, first flare out of the box, perfect!:3DSMILE:

I now have all the hard lines finished for the brakes and clutch:)

Those Master Cool hydraulic flaring tools are the bomb! I bought one also a while back and love it!
