Ozgur,
Very cool....what software are you using to create this?
I seem to recall that you have produced a number of cool images using various products...very talented!

Looks like you are doing a similar project like I do (if I understood right).
I made first wooden/foam (polyurethane) buck and finally pull a mold out of that (not completly ready yet).
I spent a lot of time trying to make that plug surface perfect and that is a nightmare if you have wood/foam plug like I have.
My main problem was that no matter how nice surface you make that wood sections will be visble after few days. Wood and foam just act differently in different temperature/moisture etc.
If I started now all over again I would add few layer of glass mat after rough finish of foam. That could made that plug more solid so that there is allways same material under filler.
If you like to know more about my project send me a mail.
There is also some pictures about my plug/mold in my callery.

G'day jberg
My initial plan was to use 5axis cnc to mill epoxyputty and make model/mould, same as we do for motoryacht and automotive projects.
But, i would like to go with sections that will be cnc cut.
Good luck with your project

Hi Ozgur
Nice to see that your project is on track.
Have you some idea how thick these mold wall's should be? Or what is your opininon that should these molds be rock solid or have some flexibility?
I have about 5 layers of 450g shopped matt, plus one layer 600g rowing matt (top layer) plus some "stiffering beam's" near of parting lines. I just don't know is this enought but I know that this is not even near of rock solid yet.
BTW. Good day at least here in north. All roads are frozen in mornings and my car go side way in every corner. It could be "interesting" drive a cobra these days here...

Hi Jeff
I'm not big fan of this very unique rear fender style. I still prefer usrrc/fia or slabside style

Slab side if you want the sleeper. FIA if you want to run wide tires. Deffination of the FIA is a "slab side on steroids".
