ps: how your project going ?
My project is a bit hold at the moment.

I'm waiting that snow melt down and outside temp is high enough for laminating. This because I ship that mold to a bit larger place, but there isn't heating so currently I can only wait.

I have made only one (front end) part as a test laminating because I broke plug when I pull that mold out. So I just test that there isn't that stuck poblem in real parts. I will add few pic to my callery about that front case/mold...

This is the first glass mold what I have ever build so if I start now I would do many thinks differently. And I also think that your way is much beter than my. Actually I think that I should start build a alu body after I get plug/buck ready just because laminating is a real messy job in a small carage.

I could write a whole book about "beginers problems in wonderfull world of resing". I have now a lot of first hand info about those problems ;-)
