Ozgur, am I doing something wrong with the model? I downloaded the edrawings viewer. There is not much to see in the model. It looks like a top down view of the 427, white lines on a black background.

3d model is OK
please try below alternatives

free viewer from www.autodesk.com/trueview
or
trail version of rhino3d from www.rhino3d.com
