it looks like you have the pin type spanner on yours doug. if you look at patricks he has two nuts to jam together which locks them. was there another pair of adjusting nuts that didn't get put on? if not i would call the shock manufacturer or the dealer and try to obtain a set, doesn't look like there would be any other way to lock them

OK, that's what I thought. Anyone know what these are (the stock set-up on the CSX cars)? I will also call me dealer to ask.

It looks like they are PRO shocks. To lock them in place there are two small holes in the adjustment rings. After you've reached desired height, insert a piece of wire through one of these holes and wrap around the first coil of the spring, and the adjustment ring. Bring both ends together and twist tight. Cut off excess and bend out of the way. Hope that helps. John O

That's what I'm looking for. I knew there had to be a way that this was designed to work. I will look more closely for the holes (and may be back if there aren't any....)
