Look in my gallery. I had a Ram when I lived in the UK. I also have the article on Shelby/Ram agreement. Some of the cars were allowed a CXR serial number and were issued emblems that said "Design approved by Carroll Shelby"

Ram only made one 4 wheel drive car (Ford Cosworth Based) which ran the 2Litre engine. These Cosworth engines were turbocharged and could run 350/450HP. The block was based on the old Pinto engine and was a pretty hot motor when tuned/chiped up

Did you notice the date of the last posts before yours?

Default Another "Shelby" Producer

Gents;

It appears that someone else is producing cars for Shelby. From:

http://www.cartorque.co.za/0351.htm

So successful has the Hi Tech Superformance operation been in America, that Carroll Shelby himself, the originator of the Cobra in back 1961, has ordered metal bodied Cobra replicas to be built for him, and to be called Shelby’s.

Go Figure.

Bill S. yes I noticed the date of the old posts. Is there a law in answering old posts that I don't know about?
