I like Tom's list, good calls! Would have to add a McLaren F1 to it if any money is left.

I suppose you don't have to spend ALL the money...
1. Lola T332 - Fast as hell, relatively cheap and easy to fix $100,000 --- Track car
2. Porsche 917/30 - The Sunoco/Donohue car
$2,500,000 (?) ------Once on the track then for viewing pleasure
3. 427 Cobra - either Kirkham or SAI
$100,000 ----Fun street car
4. BMW M5 - One of the best road cars out there.
$70,000 ----Daily driver
5. Ferrari Enzo - Looks and performs - and is brand new
$500,000 -----Fun street car

I think I will go for the "American Heavy Metal Shoppe":
(listed in no particular order)
1. 1971 Pontiac Trans-Am, SD 455/4 speed
2. 1969 COPO Z-28 Camaro
3. 1966 Shelby Cobra, 427 S/C
4. 196? Daytona Coupe
5. 1966 Shelby GT-350S (only 1 in existence)
6. 196? Ford GT-40
7. 1970 Hemi 'Cuda
8. 1969 Superbird
9. 1968 Shelby GT-500KR
10. 2002 Saleen S7
11. 1970 Corvette, 454/4-speed
12. 1965 Nash Metropolitan
If my numbers are correct, I should have just under a million left to create my garage/test track and memoribilia bar where you are can come visit and we can drive around in the cars. Oh, number 12 is to shuttle us from the garage to the track.
Brad
P.S. to Tom-In-Ohio - Tom, I see a Tucker frequently. Francis Ford Coppola has one in his 'media' room at his winery in Napa. It is the same car used in the movie "Tucker" that he made. It is in a big room with his awards, and memoribilia from his movies. I go there to get 'refills'.

10 Mil$ to spend--Hmmm! Thanks Cal
No particular order
SPF Daytona Coupe $100 thou
New Mini Cooper S $25 thou
'32 Ford "vicky" street rod $40-50 thou
A new SPF Cobra for my wife $60thou
A BMW Convertible(do they make a M series?)for my wife
Hood 52-aluminum-fully prepped for off-shore use 1.2$
Use the rest of the funds to build a waterfront house with dockage and an oversize fully equipped w/mechanic garage/shop and invest the rest to enjoy the toys. And buy more.

Brad --
#1) "1971 Trans-Am" -- I think you mean a 455 HO. They only made SD TA's in '73 and '74...

btsai,
You are correct, thanks for catching that. I had a '74 SD 455 and though it was a great car, I always liked the lines/shape/colors of the '71 better.

Gordon, I forgot about the boat tail. A model 851 just exudes class. I would get a replica for my wife, but I doubt I could register it here in CA since most have a Chevy truck motor and the SB100 numbers go quick.
