I carefully inspected the rear. Everything looks proper. Nothing loose. I replaced the fluid today and added the additive per Bob Putnam’s advice. I did take it out for about a 20-minute drive and did not notice any vibration or the noise I was hearing. So hopefully everything is OK. I’ll keep an eye (ear) out to see if it comes back. Allen Weaver said that the locker rear-ends a characteristically noisy. Thanks everyone.
