Jeff,

Very nice.

You may have already answered this, but do you plan on insulating any of the space?

It's a shame you have to insulate it and hide all that beautiful wood and craftsmanship.
Hopefully enough will be left exposed to maintain the old fashioned warm feel it has.
You have built a beautiful warm building to spend your free time in.
I hope it brings you much enjoyment.

Well, insulation can be done using foam and wood so ultimately it looks the same minus a couple inches on outside dimension.

The cost is the issue. Maybe insulate next year in part then follow up in 2018.
Look stays, just insulate foam/wood.

Money solves many of these issues....

Jeff,

I know all about the cup running dry!

My barn/shop was headed towards a six figure over-run. :0 I've decided to do upgrades on an "as affordable" basis, with me doing as much work as possible.

In your case, you spent your coin putting together a building with some very nice "bones." Everything else can be added as resources permit. It looks great.

WOW!!! That is absolutely a work of art. Just beautiful. You hired some incredible craftsman. They are much more than just mere carpenters.
