Minor blip on the throttle 20 seconds before start. Crank engine--no gas. If it doesn't catch right away, I crank again--no gas. Usually by the third try at most, she'll catch. On mine, giving it gas will cause flooding--then the only way to get it to start is to keep your foot on the gas.
No chokes, so I just take a minute or so blipping the throttle before driving off.
