SPF Brake Upgrade

I am thinking about replacing my rotors on my SPF with the Baer Eradispeed + rotors. Does anyone know if they will fit properly. I think the rotors that my car came with are the stock Ford Racing ones but I'm not sure. Does anyone know what the part number is for the SPF rotors ?

Also, will just replacing the rotors with a good set of vented and slotted make much difference ? Thanks in advance guys.
