Heater hose on Intake ??

I Have a FOMOCO 2X4 Med riser intake. See my gallery.
I know that one of the heater hoses goes to the water pump but where does the other one go?
I know it goes on the front of the intake but I have two holes, one is behind the distributer and the other one is behind the t-stat. My water temp sender is in the one behind the t-stat. Do I have to move the sender to the hole behind the distributer?
