Good Morning Steve,
Your hydraulic throw out bearing should be positioned on your pilot shaft with one fitting at the top and one at the bottom. Usually these will be banjo fittings. Your TOP fitting will be your bleeder line should extend out the opening in your bell housing. The bottom line will come out of the same opening in your bell housing and connect to a 3/4" or 7/8" master cylinder located on the engine side of your firewall. Care should be taken to make sure the correct clearance is allowed between the clutch and bearing.
I use flexable lines from both fittings on the t/o bearing and I secure these lines to my bell housing with some nylon tie wraps to keep them away from the rotating clutch and pressure plate.
