Not if the motor is controlled electrically as Lucas intended.
"You need to tip the motor up to put a little pressure on the cable to slow it down. The park circuit will then catch each time."
Ahhhhhhhhh, Thaaaaaaaaat would explain why some people are getting away with wiring it that way. Thanks Gerry.
