mine is 16# also, are you having a boiling over problem, are you using a Stant cap

It's filled the puck tank a couple of times over time, once just recently. it usually happens when i'm playing in the garage setting things up. Even when it doesn't appear to be overheating, thats why I thought a higher pressure cap may solve this problem. The car is fine when driving & in traffic, I always turn the fan on when in traffic no matter what the temperature. I would rather keep it from getting hot than try to cool down a hot engine.
Not sure about the cap although it has a large S on the cap & made in Mexico.
Is the Stant cap superior to others?
