A great source for the fan/shroud is www.rockauto.com
search by P/N or look under 1997 Cougar XR7. It's part number is listed as RF24 or F4SH8C607AA if you want the parts with the Motorcraft sticker on it for about $265.
Or you can get the Dorman part# 620118 which is the OEM part without the Motorcraft label on it for about $72
I have the Hollister wiring harness for 2 speed plus A/C and it words great. Got the low hooked up to 185 sensor in the intake and the hi speed is triggered by the A/C or manual switch on the dash.
