There are plenty of heads out there to do anything you want with a small Ford. Most of these cars use a wedge style head. The canted valve head will have to have custom headers and all. With the intake may even by to high for a standard hood and scoop.
Nothing new here, there are plenty of nice canted valves heads out there if that is what you want.
We are working a new head that will still use standard stud mount rockers. They are a wedge head that you will be about to replace most any wedge head with and still use your stud mount rockers and all. These heads we have worked on with Brodix for about a year now. The intake port will be raised about .200 from standard but you will still use a standard intake manifold but may require spacer on the ends like the Edelbrock Victor heads. They use a 2.125 intake and a 1.58 exhaust valve and flow 355 on the intake at .700 and 250 on the exhaust. This will be the best flowing stud mount rocker head on the market that is the most user friendly.
Like I said there are all sorts of Race heads out there for the small block and you can make 1000HP with some of them on motor. It will cost about 35,000.00 but you can do it. The sky is the limit as well as the cost on some of this stuff. Pretty hard to beat a 427 C.I. wedge head small block that makes 600HP on pump gas for less than 12,000.00. Now there are some out there that charge you an extra 2000.00 to 3000.00 for their name on the valve covers. The choice is yours.

Good luck, Keith
