So I thought I had a blown head gasket but when I check the compression on each cylinder all of them were about 140psi so I am guessing it is not the head gasket that is causing lots of coolant to get into the oil. Not sure what else it could be any ideas??

Could it come form the front cover as well? is there a way another way to test for a blow head gasket other than a compression test?
Yes, it could be from the front cover. That's not very common, though.
There are a couple of tests you can do to narrow it down. Use a cooling system test kit to check for pressure changes. Autozone will loan you the kit for free.
Also, you can buy a coolant test kit that checks the coolant for by products of combustion.
