Just wanted to take a minute to thank Sycraft for starting this thread, and Spdbrake for your input so far. The inclusion of pictures, part numbers and the results, good or bad, are saving me and others like me not only money, but TIME. I for one, really get into the minutiae (ex., changing out secondary springs, linkage part numbers, et al). Even if I don't go with exactly what another may have, seeing a part actually installed and reading the user's feedback is like gold. In my case, I now have a much clearer picture of what's needed to get my engines finished off, into the dyno room, and ultimately nestled between the frame rails of their respective cars. I will post future updates in my 3-engine build thread, so as not to further hijack this thread. Keep the info coming and thanks again.

) Wondering if you used the Medicemfg.com adapter set to fit the valve covers? I'm still not totally nailed down on which of the 6 sets of valve covers at my disposal I'll ultimately use, but I have a set of these adapters, but no chrome pent-roofs. Not sure but i believe my Holleys are 390cfm each, looks like you have 465cfm each. Curious as to how well theyll perform. Were going to find out in the very near future.
