Roy,
I'll try to answer the ones I know:
1. Buy pistons that have valve reliefs that will work with your new heads and camshaft. These pistons will work fine with your stock heads and cam. Most of the aftermarket piston manufacturers offer pistons that have valve reliefs. You'll need to talk it over with whoever you are buying your pistons from. Tell them what heads and cam you are using and they should be able to recommend the right pistons. Your best bet is to buy your pistons, heads and cam from the same place so they can set you up with a good combo. A couple places that I've had good luck with: AD Performance and Total Engine Airflow .
2. Don't know
3. I think it's 58cc, but I'm not certain on that.
4. The stock ignition will handle 350hp, but you can gain some horespower by adding an ignition box like an MSD 6AL or a Mallory HiFire. These boxes also include a rev limiter, which is cheap insurance against over-revving your engine.
5. Most aftermarket head manufacturers recommend specific sparkplugs to use with the heads, so this will depend on what heads you buy.
