What do you want to do with the motor?
I've got a 434 with AFRs for street/track.
On a budget the AFR 210s will have really crisp throttle response while the AFR 220s will breathe a little better.
If the budget allows, the AFR 215 RR is the best 23* head out. The down side is that they require offset Shaft rockers like the 18* heads. If your going to spend that kind of money you might as well use 18s.
The Motown block is an excellent piece. If I remember correctly, the 2002 Engine Masters Challenge was won with a Motown block and AFR 215 RRs.
