I don't have one on my engine, but I can tell you that you can do it. Paxton makes superchargers for carb'd engines. Weiand also makes some....but on a more higher horsepower level.
Two questions that need to be answered:
1. How much horsepower are you looking for?
2. Has the engine been rebuilt before, and what components are in it? Also, what compression ratio is the engine? It's a lot harder to force-feed a high compression engine...
