351/408 Balancing

I got hold of a 408 stroker, plain long block and tray to sort out to find the missing stuff to get the engine finished .
I dont now if the engine is balanced already and need the right flaywheel and balancer for it .
The engine has the # 351 WCP 14 and the # E 9AE - 6015- AA13 on it .
I have allready a Canton High Torq Starter and I want to bolt a beeft up C4 on it.

Some Sugestions or help pleas

I live in Aruba and don't have the best tech support over here.
