Cobra Make, Engine: Building a house, buying a BDR 351W/392 Stroker next year.

I am buying a BDR car and they only come with motor mounts for a small block. I always wanted a high HP, SB for the lighter weight. I had always heard that SB's handled better than the BB's. I am looking for performance AND handling. Most of the opinions seem to lean toward a 351W Stroker.
