Check out the Spec clutches, you will probably need the Spec Stage 2 clutch set up for your needs. The Stage 3 is pretty tight from what I hear and mostly for all out racing.
Check out either E-bay or on www.corral.net on the classified forum (old forum). A couple different vendors there have great prices on them.
Yes, you will probably need a 157 tooth flywheel with a 28 oz. balance, depending on your engine balance. If you have an internally zero balanced engine, you will need a zero balanced flywheel and harmonic balancer.
I'm just learning about all this stuff myself and it has been a pretty steep learning curve but I think I have it figured out.
