My RDI 392 stroker will easily hold 185-190 in light traffic. In heavy traffic it wants to wander around 200-205, but the dual fans kick in and bring it down to the 190-195 level quite quickly. I also tickle the manual override switch on the fans if I know I'm going to be sitting at a long light....I rarely wait for the thermostat to do the job for me.
