The color is not that important. I think your engine is fine; but if you want to cut your filter open and post some pics it'll give us all something to look at.

best i can get with the camera, when i ran a magnet thru the oil the same stuff that was on the magnetic drain plugs stuck to the magnet, also note the cloudy looking oil, that is whats scaring the crap out of me, bearings ?? does this look normal for a first oil change?

I can't tell anything from those pics. My advice is not to worry about it. Sooner or later, something real will break on your car and then you'll have something to worry over.

Agree...nothing to be concerned about. Who built your motor? Call them tell them what you found. Oil analysis is an interesting idea, but really what action are you going to take when when you get the results?
