A 427 bore/stroker combo would be a good place to begin. I would agree that with other on this thread that would say that breaking the 600 hp barrier with a streetable combination would be almost impossible without some sort of power adder. Suggest you take a look at a centrifical supercharger. This combination on a 351-w based stroker should get you into the 625 hp (600+ ft-lbs torque) range on 93 octane pump gas in a streetable combination that should last for awhile.
