Unless you have a 351 putting out about 200 hp get the urethane mounts or learn how to do fiberglass and paint work. Your sidepipes will hit the bottom of the opeining on the passenger side and probably the top on the driver side. You will notice a reduction in rocking of the car also since the engine cannot establish momentuem as it can with the rubber mounts.

x2 regarding the urethane mounts from Olthoff. Also do a search on SCOF, there's a bunch of info regarding the urethane mounts.

I too would call Dennis Olthoff 704-647-9924. He could get you the original rubber mounts, but you would me much happier with his urathane mounts.

Motor mounts are PN 602244, transmission mount is is a 622253.
