Polyurathane engine mounts

This is very simple-----Provided your using BBF 385 series. This will also work on other mounts. On ford 429 460 Drill 2 holes through each mount either 5/16 or 3/8ths depending on bolt size you use. (HP should dictate that) Use grade 8 bolts and self locker nuts. Make sure everything is flush. This will limit torque over( Saving your headers and bracets) to zero but will give you the vibration dampening needed. It is hardly noticeable.

Alot of your circle track guys will use chain, that is because at any time they are subjected to about 39 end over ends.
I use chain for towing or lifting.
