I went with the Ultra-Smooth version. They mostly (but not totally) eliminated some front shaking I was getting around 60 - 65 mph. They also eliminated some significant bump steer. Steering force seems about the same as with the factory joints (my car only has ~1700 miles on it). Haven't pushed the car hard enough to tell the effect on handling.
