Hi!
Thanks a lot for all your inputs and advices. I had decided to pull the tranny and the clutch. Was removing the tranny and bellhousing without removing the tunnel and without cutting the crossmember - not much space to slide out the bellhousing but it works when moving the transmission back. Transmission, bellhousing and clutch removal was a 2,5 hour job with a helper - think i would need much more time when removing the tunnel and do the same job.
Ok, now i know why i had allways clutch problems:
- clutch fork, worn
- throwoutbearing, gone
- transmission input shaft bearing retainer, worn
- clutch, totally worn...the side with the organic material does more or less not exist anymore
The new clutch will be a RAM Powergrip - i would pefer a RST but maybe it would be an overkill for my car and the RST have more height - so it could be that i would not be able to slide in the bellhousing again.
I am glad that i have found the reason for my problems :-)
And another good thing: the flywheel is still ok.
I am just trying to remove the parking brake disc to remove the rear pad but thats another story :-(
Greetings and thanks again for help.
Peter
