I'm going with 24". Plan on shortening the collector and turnout by 2" each.
But, I'm going with 3" and unpacked. Curious why you would only want to go with 2.5"? Most feel that a 2.5" bore is a real HP robber.

Eric said to go with the 2.5" Packed. I definitely wanted more sound but he said the unpacked was VERY LOUD.
Anyone have a sound clips/vids with packed/unpacked?

I went with the 22" x 3" packed. They are not that much louder than the stock pipes. I did face the louvers forward.

I went with the 22" because the stock SPF mufflers are 20". When you cut the mufflers off you will lose a couple of inches. With the 22's welded back on, the length of the side pipes are correct. The 3" ID mufflers have a 4" OD which is the same as stock.
