I have used quite a few sets of CC's. I typically replace a 20" long muffler with a 21" so you can cut the weld right off and have a nice square cut and clean metal to work with. Check all his dyno, sound bytes and HP results and decide what it is you're after. What you gain on the swings you lose on the roundabouts.
