Apparantly the red, blue, yellow dash mounted indicator lights get replaced as an entire unit. Anybody know how they come out of the dash??? Any tips??

The older I get, the faster I was.
The factory uses a thick silicone rubber to adhere them to the back of the dash panel. You will most likely need to use a utility knife and cut a slit on one side, then use some pliers to peel it away. They are in there pretty good but will easily back out once you do this.
