I don't know of any pro engine builder that recommends a high pressure pump for a Windsor engine. Some will recommend/use a high volume pump, but not high pressure. There's just no need for it.
It takes energy to run a pump that hard to make that kind of pressure. Especially when cold. Lots of examples of people breaking drive rods and shearing distributor gears.
