I'm excited to be part of the Superformance owners club, so to speak.

Nice car, Ray. You must be going crazy in anticipation. I have a Superformance MKIII also and found it hard to wait. Welcome to Club Cobra.

Thanks,

I am going crazy! I fear the hardest part will be when the car arrives and I will not be able to drive it while I wait about 4 weeks for my plates to be approved. I am putting "Authentic" 1965 plates on it and I need to have the Title in my name and mail in the application to the State of Michigan. It can't be done in person. That is going to be tough!

Ray -

I was lucky. My dealer, Crown Concepts of Tucson, took care of all the paperwork. I waited for about a month for them to build/customize the rolling chassis. The title and plates and insurance cards were in my hands before they delivered the car. When I saw the original plate I applied for a vanity plate (SNAKE65) that evening.
While getting the insurance was a hassle, everything else went smooth. Good luck getting your ducks in line - especially with the car in the garage.
