Hopefully you know this, but I'll mention it just in case.... If you mount your regular MSD Blaster coil, or other typical coil, sideways (like I have mine below) you must have a "high vibration" or other coil that is specifically built to be mounted that way. Otherwise, you risk having an air bubble getting trapped over a winding which causes an intermittent short, which can be a real bear to diagnose as the problem "comes and goes."
