Default Recommendations for some simple billet work?

Can anyone recommend a shop (anywhere in the US) to turn out some simple billet aluminum work? Just a shaped breather flange out of 0.250 plate, maybe 10-25 copies after the prototype?

Thanks.

I wasn't aware they did custom work. Are their rates reasonable?

Someone here had used and recommended this company. Looked interesting; I kept the link.
