Default Aluminum 302 block

I am currently building an aluminum 302 for my Cobra project. The block I am using is a Ford Motorsport block built by RDI for ford. These block were used in the 24 hours at daytona race some years ago and they are really nice pieces.

I have another block if someone is interested in building an aluminum block small block for their project.

The block I have is a 4.061 bore currently but can be bored to 4.155. 4 bolt main front to back (not just the center three) external oil pump is required, and this block has been line bored to fit roller cam bearings. It does fit stock small block bellhousing pattern and stock timing chain cover.

This block is a really nice peice and allows for quite a bit of h.p. with alot less weight. We currently run of these blocks with a set of yates heads,347 stroke in our dragster. We never have dynoed the motor but she'll run 7.90's in a 224" rail.

This block new is $3800.00 bare casting. by the time you add the machine work on the lifter bores, cam bore, etc. it will put you some where in the ballpark of $4800.00 to $5000.00 I'll let this one go for $2200.00 or o.b.o.

If you have any questions drop me a line or call
