I looked at the blue but too many people go that route so I looked at other options. What has me liking this is that the darker green is a poly color which is a metalic like color. Once I get to the point of ordering mine and paint I will do a topic then showing the some 50 odd color combos. Ranges from a pastel yellow to a creamy yellow down to a dark navy blue color.
But that is the nice thing about using the line drawing in conjunction with MS Paint, you can try different color combinations till you pick one you like. Its also not as hard as one would think. You just open up the paint chips you are looking at in MS paint and use the Pippet and catch the color and transfer the color to the palet you are working on and fill in. Only thing I wished is that I listed on the palets why I desided on an angled two stripe "team stripe". Dont know if Cobras had them or what but I like the look though.

Still very hard to tell what a car is going to look like in person.

It still is. You can set your sights on a paint tint and when you get it mixed up the tint might change slightly and you dont like it. Thats like for instance I have a paint chip from 1956 and 1962 both are Diamond Blue, the 1962 paint chip makes it looks almost like a pastel blue (a very light whiteish blue) but its the same as in 56 which was a very vivid light blue. Then theres the issue with paper is flat and it is very hard to duplicate the curves so at best its just a basic idea of what it could look like.
So it is hard to tell what the finish product will look like. But it does help to give you an idea though. Better than going through 20 different colors at the expense of money painting the car till you find what you like.
By the way, I am uploading my color pallets for the ones I am looking at on a photo album under my profile.

Local race car vinyl shop did both my nose stripe and four 19" white roundels with #'s for $250 installed. Did it back in the summer of '03, and they are just now starting to get hard and peel in a couple of places.

One great thing about the nose stripe is that it gives your painter a place to stop. Meaning, if you road rash up the nose, or crunch the oil cooler, or catch some rock chips (let's see, what else have I done....) you can repaint the front back to the nose stripe and don't have to repaint the entire front half of the car back to the door.

Nose stripe isn't as easy as placing a decal. The profiles across the front of the car aren't going to let a straight decal just lay across it in a nice line. I'm sure a decal shop can do it. After all, I laid mine out... But it will take some attention to detail & someone willing to take the time to get it right. THe other issue is the placement. If you look at a lot of the ERA cars, they have a low stripe(closer to the nose). I set mine back to lay out from the middle of the meatball. Not that either is better, just that there are options as to "where" Good luck!

Looking at the small pic. of your car, looks like the stripe is a little wider at the wheel wells, or is that just me?
