forty one year affair is OVER!!!
It started during my first marriage, but I have ended it. It has been 30 days today without a smoke. If I had have known earlier that it would have been this easy after all those years I would have done it earlier:JEKYLHYDENOT!
Actually it has been relatively easy and I no longer am carrying Bail money with me in case I go postal on someone;) The sense of smell is AWESOME. Jay |

So, before you stopped, you smelled worse than farts? Jay, stay with it man. I lost my Mom to those things and recently had a coworker (good guy) diagnosed with lung and intestinal cancer. It's no fun. |
Probably, but who cares? I couldn't smell me.

I was doing 3 packs a day and quit cold turkey. What a mother humper! It's been about 20 years. Never looked back and now I enjoy telling my smoking buddies how bad they stink. Nothing worse than an ex-smoker.

Congrats Jay! My last cig was about a decade ago. I never quit (addicts never do) but I stopped for however long it lasts. Enjoy a healthier life and spend the money you save on gas............

That is awesome Jay. I have been nicotine free for about 3.5 years now. I carried the bail money for about 1.5 years. My brother-in-law still won't talk to me. Not a really big loss.
