Title Registration issue - Need some help!

Read my earlier posts on what worked for me in Ellis County. It really does depend a lot on the person you talk to. The Waiver Office here told me they didn't do these inspections any more and referred me to the new Street Rod/Custom Vehicle process on the DMV website. That's what I did and went to an ASE certified technician for the inspection. Also I think it was a help to take a copy of the DMV bulletin with me to the tax office and pointed out the process if followed and then gave them all the paperwork noted in the bulletin.

The Richardson office did mine, it was the first one that they had done, but now they know a little bit about it. They were friendly and willing to learn. Plus they loved the car!
