O.K. Here's where it's at! 8:00 at IHOP in Grapevine. Take Hwy. 114 to Grapevine, exit Southlake Blvd.(1709). Crossover 114 and go back up the access rd. There is a Red Lobster next door that doesn't open until 11:00,so there is plenty of parking. I told them to expect 10-15 people:no problemo-plenty of room.
