Unhappy Brake Lines

I just brought some new brakes for my Cobra, but they have a different fitting than my old ones and I can't find anyone wo will make brake lines. Can anybody recomend a place to get brake lines made.

I'm in Dallas.

Do you need flexible lines for the caliper, or steel lines for the body?

Speedway motors sells pre-made #3 S/S lines, but you will need to figure out which adapter fittings you will need. Most inverted flare fittings on calipers are the same thread as National Fine Thread bolts. You can go to parts house and buy an assortment of fine thread bolts and see which will screw into caliper to determine whicn adapter fittings you will need. Then there are pipe threads, but very few calipers use pipe threads. Banjo bolt type fittings are used sometimes, but be sure to use copper washers with them. Just remember to check for leaks. Later, David Shelton.
