Yepeeeeee, I could not believe that someone wanted a trailer hitch on their Cobra, but Paul did it for show purposes. Paul put his Cobra and his boat in the Houston (?) Autorama as a pair. Paul is a world class water skier.

You know these are too easy

THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE THAT OWN OR HAVE OWNED MORE THAN ONE COBRA. JAMES AND JEANIE BALDWIN HAD 2, GARY SHARAPATA HAD 2, JACK MCKENZIE IN CORPUS CHRISTI HAD 2.
KEITH WILLIAMS HAS 2.

THE QUESTION IS WHO AND HOW MANY HAD MORE THAN 2? I CAN NAME 3. ARE THERE MORE?

Greg & Vickie Sellards owned (s) three.
You have owned more than two.

Drew Baird has owned three that I know of.

I am not sure but I think Snakeyes ownes two, plus a GT40. Not sure though it may be one AND an GT40.

Greg What's his name has owned two.

				 New Question with a condition
Name the TCC member whose car was featured on the cover of a national Kit Car Magazine? What was the topic of the feature article about the car? Note: DFW TCC Members are "locked out" from answering this for 48 hours. If no one else answers by Tuesday nite - the trivia question is open to all. |

Dick, John Russell was right, Ed answered that one correctly.

It was me! My car was on the cover of Kit Car magazine in November of 2001. Man were does the time go. It was an extensive article about how we did the paint job and ghost flames. It was a very good detailed article and covered about eight pages if I remember correctly.

I sold the car at a car show in December 2002 to a fellow in Michigan that ownes Matrix Paint. This is a very high quality automotive paint company. He shows the car in his display at conventions and car shows. He has called me three times since getting the car, each time telling me he loves HIS COBRA!

That would be Alan Schup. His motor was built by larry Lingenfelter to be Steve Newmarks (Lone Star) personal motor. Steve realized that he would never have a personal car because each time he built a car for himself he ended up selling it to a customer. so he sold the motor to Alan.
I cant think of a good question so somebody please take the next one.

				 I know two
Dennis drove from Houston and Cammer came from Buda. There are apparently two more more cars/drivers that I do not recognize in the bottom picture at the Lexington. Cammer apparently did not make it to the Lexington. Appears to be a red/white car and a blue one??http://texascobraclub.com/newpage12.htm |
