The year represented is the correct assumption. You still have to do what I state above regarding the green sheet and so forth, the thread you are talking about only talks of getting the "replica" titled as a Assembled car and not a KIT CAR. The thread also talks of a DPS person in Dallas but the TXDOT is the governing authority not DPS, regarding titling. You visit the TxDot website and download all the forms you need. I reseached it and found the info regarding out of state title and the necessity for a green sheet.
