You are correct about the shoulder harness in Texas. If it is IN the car it must be secured around you. I do not have the actual verbage for this, but this has been talked about here before and I think someone actaully quoted the law as it pertained to this. Seems like I remember someone here in the TCC club actually got a ticket for haveing a shoulder harnes and not weraing it.
Paul Cass has had his share of problems, but I do not remember if it was him or not.
It is not hard to do the right thing............
