Gotcha! Still there has to be a better way, don't you think? As far as loading the car, surely this isn't the first time they have shipped say a Ferrari or another exotic that has low clearance.
Just a note: the first time I brought my car in to be checked out they said they couldn't put it on the lift safely. I went to another place recommended by a buddy. They had the same lift! He put a 2x6 in front of the drive on part and Whalaa! it brought it up just the right height.
These people need to be more creative!
