Actually Fred that helped me. I got the telephone number for the owner and left them a message explaining what happened.

At least that will help me know who the renter is -- if it is the guy who stole from me or the builder.

I probably will eventually fill out all the paper work and try to find the guy -- its just the cost of doing business sometime. 99% of everyone that orders is usually very honest and we have no problems. Just wish he would have ordered less!!
